| We have recently taken on a commission to facilitate an Action Learning Set for a senior management team. The programme is planned to take place over nine months and is aimed to strengthen the team and develop individual confidence and competence. As facilitators we provide structure, boundaries and input as required. We will use diagnostic tools* to help raise self-awareness and insight into their group dynamics. Our purpose is to support and challenge the set as they work together to resolve their issues as a team and to meet their personal learning targets as individuals.
