Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching frequently forms part of our organisational development interventions and is also offered on a stand-alone basis for individuals. The process works well for people who want to change /improve in ways that will benefit them on a personal and/or business level.

Our consultants are experienced coaches who skilfully facilitate individuals to get to the heart of issues and set realistic targets to achieve their goals. The coaching relationship is based on trust, confidentiality, credibility and creativity. We use an integrative approach, drawing on models from coaching and a range of psychological theories to identify a style best suited to the individual and the organisation.

We are accredited to deliver Coaching and Mentoring Qualifications through the ILM. These qualifications are suitable for in-house coaches, people working in Team Leading and Management roles, HR Professionals and also freelance individuals who want to develop their practice and become qualified coaches. 

In addition we are experienced in designing and implementing Mentoring Schemes for organisations wishing to take advantage of this approach to development and succession planning. We also provide training for both Mentors and Mentees.
