Certificate in Leadership (VRQ Levels 3 & 5)
This ILM qualification is ideal for managers with some formal management training - such as those who have completed a programme at level 3 or 4. Experienced managers who have not had prior formal management development will also find the programme beneficial. The course focuses on leadership development and will take a coaching/facilitative approach to enable participants to develop their own leadership style for greater influence and impact. |
