Award in First Line Management: VRQ Level 3
This ILM qualification is ideal for new supervisors/managers who have had a little formal supervisory or management training. Experienced managers with no formal management training will also find the programme beneficial. The course covers the core principles of management and includes plenty of skills practice to boost competence and confidence with business planning and performance management. |
