We are a recognised provider for the delivery of ILM qualifications ranging from Level 2 for Team Leaders through to Level 7 for Senior Managers and Directors. These flexible qualifications are delivered in a modular format to suit the needs of clients and to fit with business realities.

Programmes range from Management and Leadership to Coaching and Mentoring. These can be run at Award, Certificate and Diploma Level depending on the needs of the organisation and the appropriateness to the role. Duration varies depending on the qualification type and Level.

Every ILM qualification is practically based to ensure learning is transferred directly to the work environment – to the immediate benefit of employers and learners alike. Work based assignments are an integral part of the continual learning and assessment. These written assignments are structured so that delegates apply the learning to a live work issue for which they have responsibility and directly benefit the business.
