Implementing a Mentoring Scheme within a large public sector organisation. This includes working in collaboration to design an appropriate and fit for purpose Scheme, designing and delivering skills training for Mentors and Mentees, providing matching support and Scheme evaluation

Remodelling of an NHS Trust's Appraisal Scheme to fully integrate role specific competencies and relevant KSF outlines. In addition to redesigning the recording process we are providing skills development workshops for managers throughout the organisation specifically focussing on confronting performance issues appropriately, giving constructive feedback and supporting staff to achieve their full potential.

Coaching a range of clients with individual goals such as 'improving ability to manage complex workload for greater success', 'developing improved interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships', and 'identifying suitable career change and CV/Application support'.
